Bella’s House Community News (501c3) is a news and information organization working to support, encourage and inform families raising children with disabilities.
We accomplish this goal by publishing a monthly magazine, constantly developing new content for the website, encouraging area organizations to list in our online directory and more.
This year, we are developing a new project that will offer educational seminars, download materials, and parent coaching and training. This new arm of Bella’s House Community News is named Able Parent.
Also included under the Able Parent umbrella is disability awareness and preparedness training for schools and businesses.

Meet Isabella……
The motivation for this project comes from being the parent of a child with special needs. Isabella (Bella for short), has blessed our family with her laugh and forces us each day to learn something new on her behalf!
She’s non-verbal, and has severe CP so she has to have special seating, but she sends you this message from the backseat of my car…
